Terms of Service

By using ClawOS or any other service from Spark Labs ("we," "us"), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

ClawOS is an AI-powered personal assistant for iOS, with a free tier and a paid subscription that unlocks additional features. We use third-party cloud infrastructure and third-party AI providers to operate the service. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

ClawOS is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. ClawOS can take autonomous actions on your behalf, including sending messages, reading and modifying files, calling third-party APIs, and running scheduled tasks. It may misinterpret instructions, produce inaccurate or fabricated information, or take unintended actions. You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying anything ClawOS does or produces before relying on it. We disclaim all liability for the consequences of those actions or outputs.

You're responsible for your account and any credentials, API keys, or third-party connections you add to it. You're responsible for all usage and charges incurred through any third-party services or API keys you connect. Notify us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.

Subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store. Current pricing and any free trial terms are shown in the App Store. You can cancel anytime; cancellation takes effect per Apple's standard subscription rules, after which you revert to the free tier. Refunds are handled by Apple.

You agree not to use ClawOS to: • Violate any law or regulation • Harm, harass, threaten, or defraud others • Distribute malware or gain unauthorized access to systems • Generate illegal or abusive content, or content that violates others' rights • Circumvent usage limits or security measures • Make medical, legal, financial, or other high-stakes decisions without independent professional verification We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy.

ClawOS, its branding, and its infrastructure are owned by Spark Labs. Content you create using ClawOS belongs to you, subject to the terms of any underlying AI providers.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Spark Labs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of ClawOS, including damages from AI actions or outputs, data loss, or service interruptions. Our total aggregate liability will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Spark Labs from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of ClawOS, your violation of these Terms, or any actions taken by the AI on your behalf.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept them.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California.
