Privacy Policy

Spark Labs ("we," "us") collects: • Account info you provide (such as your email) • Subscription and billing status (handled by Apple — we don't see your payment details) • Usage data to operate and improve the service • Device data needed for features like push notifications • Content you submit, including chat messages and any files or credentials you store in your workspace

We use your information to operate ClawOS, deliver notifications, manage your subscription, respond to support requests, and improve the product. We do not sell your data, build ad profiles, or use it for advertising.

ClawOS sends the content you submit (messages, prompts, and connected data) to third-party AI providers to generate responses. When you connect external services or integrations, data flows between ClawOS and those services as needed. Each third-party provider processes data under its own privacy and security policies. ClawOS can take autonomous actions on your behalf, including sending data to external services. You are responsible for understanding what you share through ClawOS and the integrations you enable.

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with the cloud infrastructure, AI, and integration providers needed to operate the service, and when required by law or to protect our rights. A current list of sub-processors is available on request.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit and per-user isolation of stored data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we provide the service "as is."

We retain your data while your account is active. You can delete your account from within the app, or by emailing support@spark.ooo. We will delete your data within 30 days of an account-deletion request, except where we're required to retain it by law.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, or to object to certain processing. Email support@spark.ooo to make a request.

ClawOS is not intended for anyone under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we'll delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept them.
