It's not responding to me. What do I do?

Sometimes the connection can drop or get stuck. The quickest fix is to quit the app and re-open it — that usually gets things going again. If it's still not working, reach out to us at support@spark.ooo or text us at +1 (215) 650-7878. We're a small team and we read every message.

It's asking me to run a command or do something in a dashboard. What should I do?

Your AI assistant runs inside a dedicated container in the cloud — so when it mentions running a command (like openclaw gateway config, or something referencing the "OpenClaw box"), you don't need to open a terminal or do it yourself. Just ask the bot to run it for you. It has full access to its own environment and can handle those tasks on its own.

Can I edit files directly?

Yes! If you go into the Files section of the app, you can browse and edit any of the files in your workspace directly — including configuration files for the gateway and other services. This can be really helpful for debugging or making quick tweaks without going through the chat.

Where can I find more technical documentation?

The full open-source project documentation is available at docs.openclaw.ai. That covers the developer docs, infrastructure, architecture, and troubleshooting guides in detail. You can also check out our docs page for an overview of features, getting started, and how everything works.

Things seem slow while it's setting up. Is that normal?

Yes — when you first subscribe, we spin up a dedicated cloud container just for you. It can take a minute or two for everything to initialize (installing dependencies, configuring your workspace, connecting to your AI provider). Once it's set up, things run smoothly. If it feels stuck, just ask the bot for a status update or quit and re-open the app.
